Verification and processing of an order takes 24 hours or less nothing more.

When your order has been shipped, we will notify you via e-mail of the shipment status. This e-mail will also provide you with tracking information and the ability to access the status of your order from the convenience of your mobile device or pc.
Upon the completion of the order processing, your order is shipped out within 1 business day and is delivered to you within 1-10 days depending on your exact location.
We deduct the appropriate shipping or pick-up fee and offer refunds equal to the value of the returned item.
To cancel and order, go to My orders and select cancel.
We do not have a physical store at the moment, however, we will make provision for a return address for any item being returned.
Payments are processed by Paystack, and all your information is encrypted via our SSL security. We do not store any of your card information. After your session on our website, you will be directed to Paystack’s portal where you will be completing the transaction. When you are done, all your card information entered will be deleted from our system.
